Step-by-Step Guide

• Proposals must be interprofessional, involving members from at least two UMass Chan Medical School schools. Contact us for help identifying collaborators.
• Meet as a team to plan the proposal.
• Consider the annual theme in developing your proposal
• Obtain a letter of endorsement from a relevant supervisor.

Step 1: Review Proposal Requirements

Step 2: Define Proposal Scope

• Identify team members and assign roles/responsibilities.
• Secure a letter of endorsement for the proposed work.
• Complete the proposal application form and required documentation.

Step 3: Submit via online portal (Qualtrics)

• Upload the completed proposal form (Word document).
• Upload the letter of endorsement.
• Provide the name of the endorser.
