Why UMMS: The people, location, and opportunities. There is flexibility and support to pursue career goals, and there is truly a team spirit at UMass. During medical school, I was able to witness UMass's mission to serve the community. This dedication resonated with me, and I am excited to re-join the UMass and Worcester team!
