Who should attend? 

• Interprofessional clinical educators, including MD, DO, NP, PA, RN, PharmD, PsyD and more
• Primary Care and specialty providers
• Teachers of students, residents, and advanced learners
• Teachers in both inpatient and ambulatory settings

Format and Description:

• A total of 4 days of inperson training:  two, 2-day conferences, beginning Friday morning and ending Saturday afternoon
• The learning sessions alternate between brief, large group didactics and small groups, which include application of new skills and case and problem-based learning.

The 2025 - 2026 Teaching of Tomorrow course will consist of 2, two-day inperson workshops both held at the Wellsworth Hotel, Southbridge, MA

• Session 1 - Friday and Saturday, November 14-15, 2025
• Session 2 - Friday and Saturday, March 13-14, 2026

We offer 2 Tracks (Track 2 will be offered in 2026 - 2027):

• Track 1 (Foundations of Clinical Teaching and Educational Planning) - focuses on a model of systematic educational planning for effective and efficient integration of teaching into clinical practice; we model and practice teaching skills for clinical reasoning and offer opportunities to apply new skills in teaching and assessment
• Track 2 (Building Your Career as a Clinician Educator) – is offered to graduates of Track 1.  Admission to this track is competitive with only 12 slots available.  Track 2 encourages and supports participants already deeply engaged in clinical teaching opportunities to expand their knowledge of teaching and to advance their career as clinician educators.

$1,800 per participant
