  • Audree Baroni

    Audree Baroni , MD

    Hometown:  Burlington, Vermont
Medical School: Robert Larner, MD, College of Medicine at the University of Vermont
Interests/Hobbies:  Spending time with my husband and son, backpacking/camping, surfing, skiing, and playing guitar.
Why UMass: I was always aware of UMass as it had a great reputation and I knew would be strong training. Coming from Burlington, VT for medical school, I knew that I wanted to stay in New England, but I wanted to train somewhere with higher diversity, acuity, and would provide strong procedural training. So UMass seemed like a great fit. What really sold me, though, was the interview. Everyone I spoke with were so genuine, passionate, and happy. I was used to seeing people burnt out in emergency medicine, but UMass did not give me that impression at all, and it was incredibly refreshing.
