Meet our 2025-2026 Fellows




Corey Costanzo, DO, MPH is a current Barre Family Health Center Faculty.  She went to Boston University for undergrad and obtained a degree in Physiology.  She then got her MPH at BU School of public health.  She attend Rocky Vista Univ COM in Colorado for Osteopathic medical school.  She did her residency in Family Medicine at Boston Medical Center before she joined the UMass Worcester Family Medicine Residency Faculty and the Barre Family Health Center.  Corey has a passion for wilderness medicine and outdoor disaster medicine.  In her spare time she enjoys paddleboarding, kayaking, and restoring old furniture.  Corey has worked with us for the past two years doing additional sports medicine and she is excellent!


Audrey DeFusco, MD, MS is a PGY-3 Family Medicine Resident at Maine Health in Portland, ME. She attend Bowdoin College for undergrad and majored in Biology.  Audrey has a degree in public health from UConn and went to medical school at UConn as well.  She has a strong interest in injury prevention within sports medicine, especially in the geriatric population.  Audrey loves hiking, skiing, and doing jigsaw puzzles. She did an audition rotation with us in September – and was phenomenal!


Patrick Teebagy, DO, MS
is a PGY-4 Chief Resident in the UMass Chan Internal Medicine Residency. He received a degree from Holy Cross as an undergrad, did his pre-med courses at Tufts, and then received a Masters in Biophysics and Physiology from Georgetown.  He attended the University of New England for Osteopathic medical school.   Patrick loves MSK POCUS and game coverage.   He loves outdoor activities, family road trips, reflective writing.  Patrick rotated with us in sports numerous times during his four years at UMass for Residency and it was there experiences that showed our group what an outstanding fellow he will be!
