Destroying Research Data

REDCap – The only way to successfully delete the data is to delete the research project. This can be arranged through the research administrator. Please contact Sujitha Chandra Kumar @ sujitha.chandrakumar@umassmed.edu or (774) 455-4463

Paper Records – Redact, shred or discard in a HIPAA bin.

Audio Recordings – Contact the Help Desk @ helpdesk@umassmed.edu or (508) 856-8643 to have the recordings securely destroyed using Blancco.
