How do I edit items generated in a listing block?

Listing blocks are comprised of other pages to dynamically create the list. So to edit items in the list, we need to edit the pages that make up the list, but where are these pages located?

  • NOTE: Faculty/staff listings blocks point to a folder/container under the microsite: GlobalComponents > Faculty List Container > Faculty Container.
    • Some sites have multiple faculty containers, some containers may be renamed to better indicate the pages within.
  • Other listing blocks can point to any page or container to create their lists.

So, how do we find the container/page that holds the content in the list?

If you are not sure where to to find the pages in the list for editing, editing the listing block can help us navigate to the page/container in the CMS content/page tree that holds these pages.
