Kate Fitzgerald and Judith Ockene Ranked as the Most Cited Women Scientists in the World
Kate Fitzgerald, PhD, the Worcester Foundation for Biomedical Research Chair III, professor of medicine, vice provost for basic science research, executive vice chair in the Department of Medicine, and chief of the Division of Innate Immunity at UMass Chan Medical School, and Judith Ockene, PhD, MEd, MA, professor emeritus of medicine, have both been recognized in the most recent Research.com rankings as among the most cited women scientists in the world. Dr. Fitzgerald is listed with an H-index of 141, and Dr. Ockene with an H-index of 121.
