Mission

The mission of the Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences Career Development and Research Office (CDRO) is to engage all faculty and staff in achieving excellence in their careers through professional development, coaching, and mentoring.

The Career Development and Research Office (CDRO) works with leadership, faculty, staff, and other administrators to support the overall mission of the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School's Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences.
