• Visit the UMass Chan Medical School giving page, found here.
• Choose a dollar amount.
• Next page: Click last button, which says, "Other UMass Chan funds or select multiple funds."
• Next page: In area titled "UMass Chan funds," click "Other." Then "continue."
• Next page: Click box that says "Please specify what fund." There, type "For Dr. Selin Lab over multiple years." (Your gift is a one-time donation, yet writing "over multiple years" is necessary.)
• Share your info (name, email address, etc.)
• Click the box "Additional comments/Special instructions," and write "For Dr. Selin Lab over multiple years."

Donate via check 

• Make check out to "UMass Chan Medical School."
• Write a memo on the check that says: “To support Liisa Selin Lab over multiple years.” (Your gift is a one-time donation, yet writing "over multiple years" is necessary.) Mail check to: UMass Chan Office of Advancement, 55 Lake Avenue North, Suite S1-117, Worcester, Massachusetts 01655.
• Indicate if you wish to remain anonymous.
• The medical school will send donor a private letter of acknowledgement.
