Status Quo:
Sleep problems are common in children, impacting their development and maternal mental health. Behavioral interventions can improve child sleep, but practical, home-based solutions are needed.
What We Study:
This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Huckleberry app, which combines AI with pediatric expertise, in improving infant sleep and maternal mental health in the Medicaid population. The study will also assess if the app helps achieve Medicaid ACO goals through stakeholder interviews.
How We Innovate:
The study leverages a digital health app, Huckleberry, to provide personalized sleep plans for children, combining AI and expert analysis. The app allows parents to track sleep and receive tailored sleep advice. The study will monitor mother-infant dyads through surveys and app usage, with a focus on improving both sleep and mental health outcomes.
