Since menus follow the content tree (the content pages that are within your microsite), to add links to other CMS pages, any CMS media (files, images, videos) or even external webpages ... you simply create a content page. The trick is setting the Shortcut property. This creates a "redirect" to the page, file or external webpage that can now display on your menus.
