In addition to directing the Strambio Laboratory, Dr. Strambio-De-Castillia oversees all core aspects, ensuring that the services provided adhere to the core’s core mission and scientific values.
She is a molecular cell biologist and imaging scientist with extensive experience in bioimage data management, stewardship, curation, and sharing. To ensure compliance with the latest regulatory and community recommendations and guidelines, she is actively involved in several initiatives on a national and global scale. -

Alex Rigano is a software engineer with extensive expertise in supporting imaging scientists in producing high-quality, well-documented FAIR image data ready for reuse in compliance with existing NIH, NSF, and community requirements.
