Vizgen MERFISH

One of the early adopters of Vizgen's MERFISH technology, the SCOPE has operated a Vizgen Alpha MERFISH microscope since March 2021.  Followed by the the MERSCOPE platform in 2022. The MERSCOPE Ultra joined the Merfish fleet in 2024 at the SCOPE, where we proudly have all 3 generations of Vizgen instruments all together. 

MERFISH is full service through the SCOPE as a Certified Service Provider with our trained staff handling all aspects of sample preparation, imaging and data processing.  Please contact us to learn more about this service!
