Tobacco Treatment Specialist Training - Registration Process

The cost of the TTS Training is $1300/person. There are two ways to register:

1. To register and pay with a check or purchase order send an email to continuing.education@umassmed.edu and let them know what method you would like to pay the course registration with.
   
   
2. To register and pay with a credit card or a debit card for the June 23 - 25, 2026 training, click here and follow the on-screen instructions on how to register. The deadline to register is June 8, 2026  or when the class maximum registrants have been reached.

Cancellation Policy

1. If you cancel your registration and haven't accessed the TTS Part 1 online course, your fee is refundable less a $100 processing charge. 
2. If you cancel your registration and accessed the TTS Part 1 online course, your fee is refundable less a $100 processing charge.
3. If you transfer your registration from one TTS part 2 training session to another, there will be a $100 processing fee. The fee is due 2 weeks prior to the date of the initial training session. After that date NO transfers will allowed.
4. Any TTS training substitutions must be approved by the course director. There will be a $100 fee charged for each substitution.
